We had the pleasure of working with Toby Trembath in selling the condo of our mother (mother-in-law). We had recently sold our own home in Vancouver so we have had many dealings with realtors lately. Without a doubt, Toby was the most diligent and professional of them all.

Firstly, we invited three Victoria area realtors to peruse the place and give us quotes. The other two looked at the condo in a disinterested manner and that was it. Not only did Toby seem enthusiastic and personable, he followed up with a presentation of pictures and other pertinent information. We were very impressed.
