- original price(in case of price changes)
- listings 3 days before they get on MLS
You will also be able to tell what price sold listings went for, this is a fantastic educational tool that helps buyers and sellers understand what is happening in this ever changing market.

There is also a development resource section with GIS maps for the South Island Area, zoning bylaw info for different municipalities(Victoria, Saanich, Colwood, Langford, Metchosin, Sooke, Sidney, etc..), as well as zoning maps that will identify a property and its legal uses. There are also a number of Official Community Plan links (OCP) that will tell you more information about what those municipalities envision for the future.
